- What currency am I charged in?
- Your charge currency is determined at signup by your company's country. The prices shown on this page match your current locale.
- When am I charged? What if a payment fails?
- Subscription fees are charged monthly via the card on file. If a charge fails, we retry up to three times on a back-off schedule. If all retries fail, your subscription goes past-due and access may be suspended until the balance is paid.
- What if I cancel?
- What you can do is downgrade from Pro to Free. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep Pro access until then. At cycle end, non-owner members are deactivated, scheduled recurring invoices pause, and any active add-ons stop. Your organization continues on Free, and your invoices and time entries stay with you. To delete your account and data entirely, email hello@invup.me.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro from inside the product. The upgrade takes effect immediately, charges the first cycle upfront, and starts a fresh monthly billing cycle from that moment. Downgrade from Pro to Free anytime; the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current cycle, and you keep Pro until then.
- How do I add or remove seats?
- Add seats anytime from inside the product. Added seats are prorated for the remaining days of your cycle and charged immediately. Removing seats takes effect at the end of the cycle; you keep them until then.
- My team's bigger than your Pro tier suggests. Who do I talk to?
- Pro doesn't cap members. If you're billing for a team of 25 or more, or you have a weird situation, email hello@invup.me. We'll work it out.
- What languages is invup available in?
- English (en) and French (fr). The product, this site, and our legal documents are available in both.
